Hot Sauce

A +1 for Frank's hot sauce, good call Kellfire. Chalua hot sauce is nice, very similar to Franks, Nando's piri piri sauces are good the extra hot one gives a nice bit of heat and flavour.

Got some hot Naga chilli sauces, which are just insane, but I have to say the hot chilli paste I made, from my home grown chilli plants last year is the hotest thing I've tasted.

Have any of you been to a Mission Burrito restaurant? There are branches in Reading, Oxford, Bristol and other places. Their Habanero sauce is pretty hot and very nice.

For cheese on toast, nothing beats Hendersons Relish. It is the greatest sauce ever!

Buy it here - http://www.buy-hendos.co.uk/

It is wonderful for adding to stews, gravies, on pies etc.

If you want hot sauce though then Dave's Insanity takes some beating. Any kitchen condiment that can also be used to shift oil stains from your drive has to have some serious kick!
