I play with Ping G15 Irons.
I also have Ping G15 Hybrids (3 & 4)
I know the G15 Irons are GI Irons & are offset, but I do play very well with them.
But, when you compare the G15 Hybrid to the equivalent iron, the offset on the Hybrid is huge.

The problem I get with the Hybrids is a huge hook.
I do naturally play with a strong grip, which isn't helping matters, it's something that I have tried in vain to correct in the past with little success.
The only way I seem to be able to play the Hybrids with any degree of accuracy is to adopt an open stance, this seems to enable me to be able to get through the ball much better & stops me from closing the face at impact.

Anyone else have a similar problem?

The honest answer is that if the club is making you change your swing to hit it effectively then it's time to change the club. Plenty of lower offset hybrids out there.

This exactly. It seems like the OP is caught up in the "same club" progression trap and naturally feels something in the same mould will give the same performance as it's lower lofted cousin. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. The Ping i-Series (or Karsten series) is just as forgiving with a lot less offset. If you check out the newest G-series range too, the offset has near enough disappeared.

If the offset is causing issues and you're losing confidence and changing the swing to fight the lefts or not committing it might be time to change. The G25 is a lovely club and easy to hit. Even a fool like me can use it to reasonable effect
