its the ctrl c thing that im not getting bigslice BSC is an educated fool but computers pah it will never last. please advise

You dont have to do anything, once you upload your photie hover the cursor over the pic and codes will appear, click the bottom one "IMG code" once clicked it should say copied. Then back to the forum and in your reply right click then click on paster or ctrl+v and the code should appear wrapped in tags as well so you dont need to do anything else.
you can replace the ctrl c with a right mouse click and select copy then same again to paste into where you want to put the link.
Actually, this is a guide I wrote for another forum I frequent.

There are several sites where you can upload pictures to forums. The following is how to use Photobucket.
Firstly you need to set up an account with Photobucket. Don't worry, its free.
Complete the sign up process and login, your home page will be similar to this....
Then upload the picture you want to post into your photo bucket page.
When you have saved the picture it will now show on your screen, move your cursor onto it and you should see a drop down box with 4 choices.
Left click on the last choice (IMG Code). The img field should change to "copied"
Then go to your post and press Ctrl and V at the same time.
You should then see something like this appear but without the X inside the image command tag.
When you finish typing your text into the post and click submit (or preview post), you should then see your picture appear in the box.
If it's too large, Photobucket has the facility to resize pictures in the EDIT section.
