GM has recently updated its App for downloading the GM magazine digitally.
As a result now my login details do not work. Also - unlike other Apps, there is no option to change/restore or request a new password.
I have tried to get help but am told by GM it’s not their issue and that I need to speak to iTunes who I have purchased the subscription through.
That, for anyone who has tried, is an impossible task. ITunes are just too big to bother answering my requests.
Does anyone have any ideas? If not, I am probably after 15+ years going to stop reading GM. This month - even though I have a valid Digital subscription- bought a hard copy to read. But I’m not going to continue to do that.
Any help or advise on how I can proceed would be greatfully received. Thanks in advance.
