Help! Mizuno st200 glued in adapter?

Anyone any ideas how you'd get a glued in adapter out of a mizuno st200 fairway wood?
I've tried heat with a heat gun,put in boiling water,no luck shifting it thus far!

Heat is the only way.
Boiling water will have no affect.
Make sure you remove the bolt first .
It will also weaken the bond on the adapter / shaft so that will need re setting.
