One of the ladies playing on Friday has an MD who is an ex army Captain and he has kindly donated a signed England Rugby shirt by Phil Vickery.

It is a limited edition run and this shirt is #17 of 50. It comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity from the RFU. It's a size medium.

I've already had a bid of £100 from a member at my golf club.
I intend to let this run for a couple of weeks to see how it goes and will be also be taking text bids from people who aren't on the Forum. I will update the post with any new bids as I receive them.

ALL proceeds are to be donated to the Help for Heroes charity and the winning bid will pay by credit card at the justgiving site already set up. When the donation has been made the shirt will be posted via secure courier, or can be collected if the winning bid is in the Hertfordshire region.

Those signatures don't even match never mind resemble ..

No offence I would really have to Question the authenticity of the sig on the shirt compared to the card there is glaring differences ..

Errrrr..... nice one mate.

It could have something to do with the fact that the shirt has been signed by Phil Vickery and the card has been signed by Paul Vaughan the business operations director of the RFA.

It really is a good job you didn't bid on it then
