Q-School Graduate
At last things really seem to be coming together, expecting another cut after a gross 83 at our place I believe CSS was 70 so expecting a further 0.6 off.
Played my mate today at Wharton Park a very reasonably priced course at Bewdley, although it's so hilly a buggy is recommended. Finally, and I mean finally beat him 4&3. I've been trying for years on our days out to beat him, Shot an 81 Gross to do so, breaking 80 is just around the corner I can feel it. We had no gimmies so kept our scores all the way.
I'm sure he talked himself out of a good game when he said before we teed off I never play well in the wind, I didn't believe him when he went 2 up after 2 but 4 holes won on the bounce soon made me cheer up.
Must be something about being a Jock although an Anglo that means that wind doesn't trouble you. Happy Days
