HDID on Android

This has worked fine for years, but now won't log in. It asks for user name and p/w, and then gets in a loop where when you press sign in, it takes me back to the same log in screen.
I have deleted and re-installed the app, same result.
Log in is fine on Apple, and on the web, it's just not working on my Android phone.

Any ideas? Anyone else got this?

I have reset my p/w on the web, tried to log in to the app, still no joy.

Just found out how to clear cache and data, which fixes it.

Settings, apps, storage, cache.

Click on the app as above to get to storage.
