Put my mums house on the market at the weekend. Plenty of viewings but not a bite yet. On the positive side, it hasn't had the pictures and energy rating done (they were being done today) and so it hasn't hit the estate agents web or the property websites. Might have to find a similar gimmick to the one in the OP

another good selling point these days is internet speed!

brand new estate going up localish (biggleswade) doubling the size of the town, they only get about 1.8mb bband speed... One bloke is gonna move already if infinity isnt sorted asap!

It has put me off a few properties in the past as my kids would be a mare without iplayer/youtube at anything less than instant lol
