Has stuff changed from dark blue to black/grey, or is my browser playing up?

Before the change
The words that are currently the topic title when clicking on the new posts were in blue
It seems that what used to be a blue is now a black hence why I was wondering if it’s a setting that we changed ourselves in regards how the colour scheme was

I've still got black over here on the homepage which is different to how it used to be:

Same for the 'similar threads' down the bottom - not that anyone cares for that feature, but I'm certain it never used to be black text.

One more font colour issue @CParsons
When someone includes a hyperlink, that should really be a different colour, or underlined or something - so you can see that it's a link. Currently links are appearing in identical font to the rest of the text. It only appears underlined when you hover over it.
