Can anyone help please.

Has the Phoenix Park Golf Club, Thornbury, Bradford, closed?

Any information would be appreciated.

I'd not heard of it before despite only being about 5 miles down the road but golf shake suggests it's closed and I've just looked on Google maps at its location and I'm pretty sure they are building houses on that site now. You can still make out he holes on satellite view.

Went years ago, its a cinema/restaurant type place now.

When I was 7/8 my old man used to run the Phoenix football team and the course and clubhouse was behind the football pitch.
