In the 2nd round I think that he's missed almost every fairway and green going yet still making par. What a lad, but he can't be having any fun at all, to cap it off it's still raining . Could he make the cut?
Harrington's short game is the thing that he kept him going all his career....his swing is good when the machine is oiled but when it goes it goes bad and doesn't come back for another 5/10000 balls on the range.....
He is playing military golf right now and I think he really needs a few weeks off to get his head right before Turnberry and to try and find that missing spark. His short game is in great shape (plenty of competitive practice) but he looks ill at ease with himself and a bit flat.
