I've not been on here long. But have found it a really great friendly place. Not met any of you yet. But hope to next year. But I feel like I know you all well. So thanks for adding to the golf fun.

Like you dave I've only been on here for a few months, and have settled in, put my slippers on, kettle's on and selected my dipping biscuits. Ooh, turn the fire down, love (sorry thought I was in the house there).

I can't wait to go to a meet, was considering the Machrihanish 2012, but was waiting to see if we get to the carling cup final first, but looks like it is now full anyway.

Maybe we should have a Manchester v Merseyside ryder cup challenge in the Summer?? After all, there has been the Irish peace accords/fall of the berlin wall, so why not.

When did you first join on here?
 
Same as you July. Manc v Scouse sounds good. HID wont know who to cheer for. Her being a scouser& a pool fan. Makes the ManU v Pool games interesting to say the least lol.

Can you put a joint post up? Maybe when it gets closer to summer, we can see if there is any interest.

Anyone else interested in the meantime, tell us your birthright and if you might be interested.
We'll let you have greater Manchester, if struggling on numbers, if we can claim Wirral and the southport coast.
That way we'll get all the cat 1 golfers from the windblown links, you can have the windswept cat 3 yokels from the Oldham steppe.

I've actually been here a lot longer, deleted my account and started again (no I'm not tim golf thinghy).

Love all chat about my passion- golf.
