Louise, if it's any consolation, it took me the best part of a whole season to get cut 1 shot from 5 to 4
More than once my new 4.4 became 4.5 thanks to a changing CSS. :angry:

My ESR was done by the Congu system, not the handicap secretary.

ESR is only a recommendation, although EnglandGolf strongly urge that Handicap Committees accept and implement the recommendation.
