Haggis

Its not the same 'stuff' down here though... Had it north of the wall and its quite different to say supermarket sourced...

After having the supermarket stuff for years and enjoying it, I splashed out one day and got one from Macsweens in Edinburgh. Wasn't keen though, as it was just far too rich and 'gutsy'. Suppose it was closer to the original recipe, but seeing big bits of lung kinda put me off. Batter it and fry it tae F and I'm happy...
