The 2 things that stick out for me are
1. The final round of the US Open in 06 when I thought it was really going to be Monty’s night. I was moving house that weekend and the only things left in the house on the Sunday night aside from the bare essentials was me, a sleeping bag, the tv and a bottle of JD.
2. Sergio’s USPGA in 1999 when he ran up the fairway after hitting the shot from the tree’s – again, it was another of these nights thinking “he’s going to do it†only to end up disappointed.
