I'm looking for a good course near the M25 around NW London.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Something that doesnt break the bank and allows visitors in the morning on a weekend would be great.

Being new to the game my knowledge of courses is limited.

cheers

If you live in Wimbledon, do you want to go up to NW London?

Surely (if you have a car) you want to be looking down the A3/M3/M4.

Lots of courses around the A1 inside the M25, problem may be the Saturday mornings.
Trent Park may be doable though. It has it's drawbacks (the practice range right next to the 1st in particular, and when I visited the greens weren't wonderful) but it's definitely not expensive and overall it's a nice course.

Hadley Wood is very nice possibly more N rather than NW though.

Just outside the M25 near Radlett is Porter's Park.

Moor Park near Rickmansworth is also a nice track and the last time I played there the greens were amazing. Beaconsfield, Birkhampstead and Ashridge are also lovely courses.
