I am a final year student at the University of Glasgow and for my project I am looking to design a new product which ultimately helps players when golfing in the rain. I would be really appreciative if you could take 2 minutes to fill out this short questionnaire and any feedback would be welcomely received. Thanks. Lewis

Hi Lewis,

Survey completed.

Invent a rain hat that has a solid back brim, but that doesn't catch the neck when swinging, mate. You'll make a fortune!

Good luck in your endeavours.

Sorted Lewis...And welcome....Do you play yourself.....

Oh and you might want to clarify that second question about transporting your clubs.....

It might want to read Carry, Use a Trolley or Use a buggy ;)

Re: Goling in the rain

Keeping the grip and hands dry is key..

If you can come up with something let me know lol

Good luck.

Don't try to - buy a Footjoy Rain glove, let everything get wet and concentrate on your game and not the weather. They do what it says on the tin!

Yep, wet gloves do the business, but the hat thing also matters. I have a wide-brimmed w/proof hat (from outdoor or riding shop) to keep rain out of eyes and off neck, but in a downpour loads of water collects in it which then cascades off when you lower your head eg to putt.
