Golf in or near Huddersfield?

Got a week in Huddersfield week after next with work.
Any course recommendations for a round after work, 9 or 18, nothing too expensive, only two of us?

Bradley park is ok for a cheap knock about, think it is around 18 quid each.

For 9 holes in the area I dont think you can beat Crow Nest. Crosland Heath is an interesting 18 hole track and you will always get a game at Willow Valley (3 courses there). There are loads of courses in the area but I am trying to think of ones that wont break the bank.

I'd stay away from willow valley what you need to do is private message basher off here he is a member of a course in hudds

What I meant to say is Willow Valley is a last resort but if you use one of the cheap tee booking websites you will get a knock for a tenner each although with Willow you will get what you pay for (an interesting course in bad condition with no welcome from the shop). but for a tenner its a couple of hours passed on a course.
