I think the influx of new members recently plus now common knowledge of how to create or google a proper put down image and link it up here.
Ive stolen a few images and created those motivational pictures a while back, now seems as good a time as any as this thread will probably bite the dust in a couple of days.

As a newbie to the forum, I was at first quite startled at the speed & level of response to touts. Having seen a few now, it's quite impressive. But now that you've scared him off, how the hell do I arrange an exchange. Seemed like a durned good idea to me...
