Contract due for renewal! decided on the iPhone - Apparently one of the apps (of several) is a range finder / Golf GPS

Anybody used / currently use / or know of them and which is the best one!? and pricing ect?!

I think its a stroke of genius! Trendy phone and golf GPS app in one!! - Must remeber to charge the phone before a round of golf tho!

Thanks Matt?!

Mattboy you have made the right choice. Try the sonnocadie app. The light version is free and allows you to download one course for free.

Aswell as a range finder, it allows you to mark the position of your ball after each shot to recap your round, measure your shots, record your score, and it produces stats if you record greens in reg, fairways hit putts taken etc.

I used to use teetogreen but it's fallen a bit behind. I'm now using golfshot which is fantastic. It allows you to put up to 4 layup clubs in and also has heeps of stats for your round.

The one downfall I've found is that I play a 27 hole course, 3 loops of 9 and they can't get the stroke index right as each loop is SI 1-9. The only thing that screws up is stableford scoring so I'm not that bothered.
