Tried this tonight ,man i'm knackered ,i'll be sore in the morning, used 16 and 12 kg Kettlebells, honestly give it ae try its hard but worth it,i cut the reps down a bit to 30 on the swing with a 16kg and 15 on the clean and press with a 12kg.
