Golf Fitness Part 2

Video doesnt load here. I see the exercises listed, is it done as one massive set or do you do each exercise then rest or do you break each exercise into sets too?

Did a kettlebell session this afternoon, mainly with a 24kg bell though a superset at the end was with the 20kg - best form of training going for me
 
The short answer is that you get a full body work out and cardio from a kettlebell session, using "normal" weights you invariably isolate each muscle group one by one

I can watch on mine mate which is unusual, i did it with no breaks jesus it was hard and my muscles are a bit sore today, will do it again tomorrow. Its a great exercise which works about 80 muscles at one time.
 
Depends how you use them... You can do most if not all the kettlebell exercises with a dumbell and get much the same benefit. There is nothing magic about kettlebells, only how they are usually used versus how dumbells are usually used.
