Anyone insured by them??making a claim just now,just wondering if there decent?

Hope all goes well for you. I had a bad experience with them some time back and their customer service was atrocious as far as I was concerned. Moved to the Carrick Neill after that.

Let us know how you go on with them. I just took up insurance for the first time and I also went with Carrick and Neill. I compared the small print issues with a few firms and liked what I read with Carrick and Neill best.

My advice; check out the small print before you buy.
