Golf Buddy Voice

Had a golf buddy voice its OK you can turn sound off and easy enough to change holes,

I use the g3 now old model however free map updates has display and fully water proof runs on rechargeable batteries. Which you get about 6 holes in total out of. ( 3 rounds per pair)

Currently 118 in Amazon paid a little less myself, none out there better value for money, why have a watch when you can full colour display showing bunkers etc

I've got a S1, and I'm completely happy with it (an S3 would have been nice but it was a birthday present). I cant really see the point of the GB voice - how hard is it to take a quick look at your wrist??!!!

With the S1 if you stray onto another fairway, it still gives yardage to the hole you are playing - it only switches over when you move to a tee, I can't believe the golf buddy is any different but from the comments it appears so...

Negatives
- If you hit a wild slice onto another hole the device will change to the hole you are on (How else do people expect the 'automatic move on to the next hole' feature to work if it didn't?). However, press a couple of buttons to tell it which hole you're on and it changes back.

With mine i didn't have that problem at all, On the times i hit it to another fairway it stayed very much on the hole i was playing,
But when i hit it close to another holes tee box then it would change, and after a few buttons its quickly changed back.

But i do have the + version maybe that's a difference
