The voice part does not appear to me but having a basic GPS the size of an Ipod Nano does. Should be easy to clip on a belt or hat. Never liked the idea of a GPS watch as I hate wearing any watch when playing so this could offer an alternative.

I was looking at these be decided for a Golf Buddy as AG were selling them with a large discount. I think the voice thing might get a bit annoying although if there were different voice options it could be funny. I'd get a George Bush one - when you get to the green it says "You have reached your destification!"

Seems a very mixed response to this bit of kit. I really like the idea of it's size and accessibility, but understand what some of you are saying re the voice, i'm sure the volume can be adjusted so as not to affect other players ? I bought the S320 from a friend, and TBH it dosent get a lot of use, and i find it rather clunky and pointless at times, so maybe i should save my cash and trust the 150 markers and my judgement

I've got a Skycaddie SG2.5 and it's a good size, does what it's meant to without the bells and whistles and is quite intuitive to use.

I have just got the Garmin G3 from tesco, awaiting Yodel to deliver today then off to the course to try it. I use the markers at mine in comps as we have 200/150 & 100 as golfshot isnt allowed but when I have been to away courses I have found the markers to be sparse at best!
