Golf bag rain hood things

It's amazing that Vessel sell a product to resolve a deficiency in their own bag design. They pride themselves on the quality of their bags, but then intentionally retain a design flaw

I wonder if they employ the guy who designed the Death Star.

They fit well. They match the bag.

More a retailer offering something customers have asked for - a rainhood with less bulk.

Their main market is the US. It doesn't rain much...

I guess you're not too well versed in retail, or good customer service, but to be fair, you never miss at sniping 😁

No use to you if just looking for a universal hood but the ones that come with Jones rover stand bags are cracking.
Certainly put to the test over that winter.

My hands stay a lot drier since I ditched rain hoods altogether.
Unless you carry 9 towels so you can dry your club before putting it back in the bag then dry your hands where they got wet handling the soaked rain hood, I don’t see the benefit anymore.

When I carried my bag, I left the rainhood on all the time, but unzipped it during rounds, then zipped it back up to travel home. Now I have a cart bag, I leave the cover on for what seems like a bit of privacy and security if I have to lug it on the bus or take it to the office. Then I take it off and put it in a big side pocket when I play, and leave it off, as I often walk home after a round, so just leave it off as I'm tired enough not to faff around with it. lol.

The ping hoofer has a genius way of hiding/storing the hood in the hip pocket, so when it's put away, it gives you a bit more padding. It would have been cool if they had a dedicated pocket for the hood on a ping pioneer.
