How about this for an idea?

The GM bosses could hand out annual awards at the end of the year. Here are suggestions for categories:

Most posts
Most likes
Most valuable contributions
Best course or product review
Most ignored
Most annoying
etc…

At one point, several years ago, 2 posters were posting nearly 100 posts a day, action was taken to stop them dominating the forum.
