I had trouble filling mine in too, the auto fill boxes kept filling in with whole items rather than parts.

I think I made a mess of some parts, the address is OK and I guess that and my name are the important ones

I did that, you need to check the little box to agree to the terms and conditions then it takes you to an acknowledged page

I got the same thing first time round...

Make sure you've selected "YES" when is asks if you want to join the Centenary Society (this bit is just above the part where you fill in your details). I missed this the first time and got a blank screen.

Then make sure you have agreed to the T's & C's.

I first saw the OP at 4.25 pm today and started to fill in the form. We had a power cut half way through which stopped everything including broadband. Power came back at 6 but no broadband until 8 (Just right for the American Football).

Now I am signed up. Thanks for the information.
