Thats a shame - the series was good fun and good value.
I think it was quite a big deal for GM to sort out on a regional basis and only done in conjunction with the various Marriott locations. It would be great if they did do something similar but knowing GM there are bound to be loads of great opportunties throughout the year

sure something similar would get lots of support (i'd be in this time as missed out last year due to no official handicap) but its a big task, as mentioned there are lots of forum meets going on though,

To make it viable you I think you really need a chain involved like Marriott last year or De Vere. To get a number of individual clubs involved running regional events would be an admin nightmare. Besides, with the H4H day, Hillside and the various other forum meets there is plenty going on all around the country.

Hillside is the official GM event this year isn't it ? Would think there are still places available for that one.

Check out the arrange a game section. Search under "Hillside" and any posts mentioning Hillside will come up. The one you want is the GM mega forum meet. Not far for you either.

Thanks for the replies. Im gonna see if i can get on that, it looks a fantastic course.
