I was thinking of trying a few golf specific exercises.

After watching this I've changed my mind.

Those stretches around the 1.00 min mark would leave me bedridden for days.

The lying on the back, raising your knees and moving your legs from side to side in addition to the lying on your stomach and arching your back aretwo of the exercises my physio has given me to sort out my lower back.

It's a pity that the magazines don't do an article for golf injuries and excercises on a monthly basis as it would make good reading especially if they did a run down of swing faults that can cause the injuries.

I think Natalie has just become my favourite golf guru :D
