Gauging grain direction on the greens

Going to Belle mar Plarge, went to the Heritage a couple of years ago, lovely place where abouts were you ?

We were at belle mare, and I played at Anahita which was gorgeous and Il aux Cerf which was equally as nice but God it was tight. There is two courses on your doorstep. long beach? But I could be wrong. I would strongly advice booking the courses before you go. they told be I could play some of the courses three weeks after I got home.
Just asked Missis T if she would go back to Mauritius, she said deffo, Why? Ave just told her they have built a new course in Mauritius.

Grain makes sweet to naff all difference in the UK. After playing in Dubai last week, everything seemed pretty damn quick whether into grain or with the grain!!

I'm ex greenkeeper in uk to be honest greens ain't quick enough to take into grain I thought but if:
You have have a put light green it down grain ( quicker )
Into a dark green ( slower )

Greens in uk ain't good enough to take this in IMHO
