Best player in the PL this season but wonder how he'd fit in to a team full of other quality players such as Madrid, Barca or Munich. Doubt he'll be at White Hart Lane next year
....... At the moment.
As always it's going to be subjective depending on team loyalties. I'm not a fan, nor have any loyalty to these teams but.
Bale has a 15 goals this year - Suarez, Van Persie have 18 and 19 respectively.
Bale has an Av' shots per game of 4.9 - Suarez has 5.8 and Van Persie has 3.5. So Van Persie scores more goals from less attempts
Bale has a pass success rate of 78.4%. - Suarez has 77.2% an Van Persie has 80.2%. So Van Persie, a striker, has a higher pass sucess rate than a winger.
.... So there's 2, statistically, straight away.
As for my personal opinion, non-statistic based.
David Silva, Eden Hazard, Jack Wilshire, Yaya Toure all give more, on the whole to the team than Bale, but again, that's just my opinion.
What is also clear is that if you take out both players goals this season, then both Spurs and Man U would be low mid table at best
Look at Arsenal since they sold RVP.

If memory serves me well you 10-12m for an unproven teenage full back. Not bad in my opinion. It was Harry that turned him into a wonder winger
He stands out cos he is at spurs would he stand out at Real Madrid or Barcalona I doubt it
