Garden shed coversion

Anyone here have any experience of converting your garden shed into an office space. Mine is 12ft x 8ft I need a bit of space for work stuff and house isnt big enough. Also would like to put flat screen on wall with dvd player and freeview to use when on exercise bike. I hope to do mine over the next few months but dont know where to start.

I was going to put a new laminate floor over exsisting floor and insulation in walls then plasterboard/giprock/ the wall and get power into it from the house.

Is it easy to get power from house out to shed.

Anyone else done this? Tips and advice welcome

Easier to get a digger in, flatten the wooden shed, dig founds and build a brick outhouse m8.

Must admit I did think about doing that but I will save that project for when I own a house. Not brick laying a shed for some other git to fill full of crap!
