Thinking of getting a custom fit for a set of g10s Ive been looking at. Im not sure these are the clubs for me. Im a high handicaper but Im going down. Any ideas??? My budgets around 350-400.

How many irons are you after? pw-5 or sw-3 or what?

5 to pitching as I have a hybrid so even 6 would do.

being a high handicapper does not preclude you from being able/capable of hitting any club out there. high handicappers are such for any number of reasons.

the only test is can you hit them?
are you comfortable/confident with them?

im fairly good with my irons. dont think id be able for blades do. maybe cavity backed???

mine new clubs are cavity backed but just try as many variations as you can (until ag, dg etc get fed up with you )
I tried quite a few, AP2's are very nice, as are CB710's but that might be pushing your budget, it's what you like that matters
