Two weeks ago i noticed the seem come away on my Galvin Green jacket.

Only got it in April so popped an email off to the UK distributor. Almost instant response told me to take it to my local AG who would send it back.

AG and Galvin arranged it all, got it back and a new replacement one out to me from Sweeden in under 2 weeks.

For AG their service was great considering i didnt even buy it from them, good communication, kept me updated all along.

and as for Galvin, if i had any doubts on spending a decent chunk on their gear i dont now after service like this, cant complain at all.

People are always quick enough to mention bad service, so thought it was only fair to publicise some good service too!
 
Ive had probs with 2 different pairs of shoes and both stores couldn't do enough to accommodate me, from a customer service point of view they are awesome from my person experience .


On a side note, it's good to see someone praising when doing their job above and behond instead of knocking when they fall short!
