As above as someone who's in between a regular and stiff sometimes I'd just like to know how this shaft compares for example, to the Pro launch red regular I have in my current 5 wood?

Are they firm for their flex or not

I have the 55 gram version in my driver and I'd class it as a firm regular. It doesn't lose it's shape, has lots of feel and gives a mid bordering on high launch for me. My understanding is the 65g is lower launching.

As stated the weight on a f1 seems to play a big part, but also take into account whether it's a made for or real deal.

A good friend had a made for motore f1 stiff 55g and it was like a firm at best, I have a real deal 65g in my driver and 3 wood and their are awesome, and I my opinion true to flex. I think the issue is there are some really cheap made for shafts on the market which people use to huge what they need,

If your a firm a true 55g stiff may be a better way to go, I'm generally a stiff and the 65g take some beating for me personally.

Hmmm it's a Tour Edge, so I suspect it's a made for shaft?

Trying to decide if I go 4 wood or 5 wood also!

In theory a 4 wood is 3 wood size but with almost the loft of a 5 wood and being a TEE would be as long as a normal 3 wood? so you get the best of both worlds

Soooo many choices

Tour edge may use real shafts.

Ok, just done a deal for an xcg4 4 wood on ebay with a motore f1 tour shaft in regular, 80g so I'd imagine that would play reasonably firm

id expect it will be real deal in that, could be pretty stout, hit it hard :)

 You might find it on the for sale section by the weekend

It should be ok, I don't struggle to hit the ball in the air usually

That reminds me I must go get my swing speed measured, I'm sure it's crept up since I started playing golf
