Just came across this offer for a free round in Apil - although it requires a promo code or publication - not sure where they advertised this as I just saw it on the website?? It is a nice course and a heck of a challenge off the back.

The oxfordshire is a really nice course, i played there once on a day with some suppliers. Some nice holes, but the rough is pretty tough to get out of!

Club house is nice, but may be a little bit snooty.

Cheers for this. I have played at this course and loved it so have applied. T&C's apply so can only play on weekdays at off peak times though does not bother me.

I've been there. A bit open and susceptible to the wind if it blows strongly but some good holes. Not sure the rough will be as penal as it is come July or August but a decent test. The clubhouse is a bit pricey but didn't find it snooty
