You have to have been a member / posted certain number of times before you can post in there... see terms and conditions at top

It is for 2 reasons,

firstly it stops people joining who just want to sell stuff,

secondly after the time / post targets have been reached, you will have been a member for some time, interacted with other members and may even have met and played with some, you gain a certain level of credibility which is of some comfort to those who are trading with you.
