Finally after two months of sh*nks thins and fats, got myself down the range for some serious swing training . After slowing everything down to gauge a rhythm I can report that I have gained 5 new clubs to use (my irons ) and went sub 100 for the first time in 8 weeks.
This included my first birdie on a par 3 , I'm over the moon! If your struggling slow down and gauge a Rhymn

I had my first eagle of 2012 yesterday albeit on temps so I'm chuffed as well. How did you manage to slow the rhythmn down. Whenever I try it at the moment everything is so out of synch its painful and punters in the bays next to me at the range are getting bored of a thudding on side with another shank. I did use the Tour Tempo soundtrack for a while so maybe I'll go back to that but I'm interested how you slowed it and kept it together

good stuff, rhythm & tempo are king

I nearly had a HIO a few months back in a comp, 12 inches, was nearest the pin hole aswell... shame I am a tight bast and didn't enter. Enter everytime now and never even get on the green lol

I couldn't tell you the last time I had an eagle!

well done.

The one I want is an Albatross (double eagle to our friends across the pond), that would really smarten up your card:lol:

I managed to slow everything down by counting in my head - watched an old school golf
Video - dalton mcgary I think - world on the principal of calling one and roll with a full swing getting as close to 2 seconds as you can
