It did an auotupdate on my phome and tablet over the weekend

Yeah, the new Firefox upgrade for tablets and phones is not being well received. I think it's partly because it looks different and the bookmarks seem to be more difficult to find. I'm inclined to give it a go though as for security and privacy it's better than Chrome.

The search bar is at.the bottom of the page now and there are 3 small dots to access.the menu, not that easy on a small screen phone !

You can move the search bar to the top. I think they put it at the bottom to make it easier for one-handed use.

Thanks explains it, as I use Firefox on my desktop and the latest version is fine and actually seems a little smoother in use.
Im not a fan of Chrome though, and on my phone use the own brand internet access rather than any else.
