Glen Miller's untimely death unfortunately stopped his bands developing as Stan Kenton, Buddy Rich etc fortunately did.
Ive played his music for 40 years and am rather bored now, give me the more modern Big Band sound anyday.

Saw them live in Glasgow last weekend, having not really heard anything by them since the 2112 album!! They were absolutely awesome. Played for an hour and a half, took a fifteen minute break and then did another hour and a half.

Rush are incredible live.

Saw them at The Gorge Ampitheatre near Seattle (look it up, it's ace), it was uinbelivable.

Neil Peart's rotating drum kit is the best!
