I have one for remotely accessing the cctv in the office
Handiest is prob the one I have for converting video files into audio files to download books from youtube at a much smaller size

Google Translate - Either type, speak or even use the camera for live translation. Essential for travel! Especially places that dont use the western alphabet!!
Genius Scan - Take a picture (or multiple pics) and get them wrapped up as a pdf and emailed to you. Great for expenses!
Uber - I dont use them in the UK, but away its brilliant. Some countries have their own versions, also very good. (taxi.eu, Free now)
What Three Words - An amazing app which i have luckily not had to use. Should be mandatory on phones, the world has been split into 3x3M squares and everyone has its own unique 3 words. Now being used by most if not all emergency services.
Strava - Social media for running, cycling. Very good for finding new routes and comparing stats and tracking your own progress.

Don’t use on my phone that much but my BT box / tv I use iPlayer on almost every single day
My daughters fav program is defo “hey duggee†which is also a brilliant show I might add. Very funny. 2 on every morning normally on CBeebies but it’s great to put on if you just want to nip to the loo and she will just enjoy it.
Has just asked for duggee. No problem daddy loves duggee 😂

Yeah Uber is fantastic actually, forgot that one. I never seem to have to wait more than 6 or 7 minutes for a cab now, it's cheaper than 90% of the cab firms I used to use before, and you don't need to have cash on you because it charges directly to your card. Perfect.

So many apps I’ve forgotten probs
Every single bank I have has an app, won’t list the bank names for obvious reasons, but each are brilliant I find. Some more so than the other
PayPal is great app aswell for sending money to services and obviously paying online
Apple Pay another one
Gamegolf use on average once a week
Pharmacy2U to order my medication
eBay and Amazon if I need to buy something
FaceTime is decent aswell
I use a lot of apps thinking about it
I wish this forum had an app tbh. The battery life used on an app compared to a webpage is so much better

Don't use many Apps - my banking app is really handy - means my son can get money out of me 24x7 
- and I use Global player for listening to LBC mainly and catch-up. I use Whatsapp with a group set up for our family - and it's nice that we can share what we are all doing now that our children have flown the nest - even though daughter is only 2miles away. Nice seeing where they are and what they are doing.
But I may expand my app useage as today (being my bday) I have been given an iPad 6gen
- and I use Global player for listening to LBC mainly and catch-up. I use Whatsapp with a group set up for our family - and it's nice that we can share what we are all doing now that our children have flown the nest - even though daughter is only 2miles away. Hey Duggee is always my first suggestion to my daughter if we are up early... sometimes I am lucky and she agrees, sometimes I have to suffer PJ Masks instead

Just discovered that there is no official Whatsapp app for my nice new and shiny iPad. I read that I can do something about downloading the web version, or alternatively one of numerous non-official versions available through App Store.

Life360, we have it on all our phones so we know where each other are really useful for the older kids knowing theyre gonto school ok or if they need us they know where we are
