Faulty chrome soft ?

Pre lockdown , took the plunge and bought 3 dozen chrome soft golf balls , from Snainton golf .
The balls aren't performing as expected , the colored dots aren't durable , some balls have cracked and others aren't flying in a usual manner even for a bad shot , I've got about 2 dozen left and not looking forward to using them and probably won't .
Anybody else had issues and what did you do with , the remaining balls ?

I had a bad batch that also cracked, literally split right down the middle.

Other boxes seem fine.

I bought a batch from Amazon once. One sleeve only had 2 balls instead of 3, and one of the balls had barely visible markings, like it was about 20 years old and sat in the bottom of a lake. Will never use Amazon again for golf balls.

There not cheap.

Phone them.
They have to be fit for purpose.
