And this was the only real issue with this game last year.
If you've made your changes and then half your team pulls out for whatever reason - you're stuffed.
OK it's in the rules and it's the same for everyone but it does make life harder this year with only 10 players.
What if you had to make your changes on Monday night - then you find Lawrie, Ollie and Gonzo have pulled out. Just before the event starts 3 more have to pull out with food poisoning.... All of a sudden you have no players and no way to get any.

Yip kinda like what happened to me, I also nearly made my changes Tuesday night but luckly put it off till Wed evening otherwise I would have picked Paul Lawrie who's now withdrawn too!


Anyone do the TG league? Seem to have a fair few prizes on offer.
 
I normally give that one a go, a bit less demanding as it runs for half a season or less.
Also you have a budget and can change as many times as you like within that budget each week
With only $15 to play with and someone like Rory or Luke costing $5 each, it doesn't give you much margin.
Also you only get points if your players make the cut, if they miss you lose points. You can also get points for lowest round....
Won a dozen balls a couple of years back.
 
I made changes the other week, but based them on the wrong comp as I didn't realize at the time that there wasn't actually a comp in the fantasy league that week. I contacted the support team and was told that I can just click on the Cancel Changes button, it will revert me to the team I had last week and could make the changes again. I did, and was able to pick players that were actually playing..........although it didn't seem to help me too much.....:(:)
 
I had an inspired guess at Manesaero and currently he is top of the pile - woot. Maybe I will get some lottery numbers in this week :rofl:

I have had Tommy Fleetwood in my team for a few events this year but nothing really from it - decided not to get him back in for this week ands hes on form.....bloody typical!!
 
Well, well, I slipped a place this week ( GM League )......due to the fact I totally forgot to make any changes, blasted MAN-FLU, and I missed the early deadline cut off for changes.........ha :D

Got a league gong with mates at my club too, and last week, topped the league, 1st time, as my mate has led all season, and Ive been toppled off top spot there too......

Better be more careful next time in asia, and read the 'small print'...........
