I have cut down a putter to suit myself and now I want to lengthen it again so I can pass it on to a new owner. I like to do repairs myself when ever possible, I enjoy doing it. Anybody know how to go about it?

Ask your pro to do it. Shouldn't cost more than £5 and he can keep the same grip

Or, remove the grip
remove the grip tape
get an old shaft and cut the lenth you need + 2 inches where it's a tight fit
Glue the extension into the shaft
wrap tape around the extension until its the same thickness as the shaft
then re-grip as normal
