Hi guys,
Just thought i would share a quick update and share this mornings round. After 6 holes ran into traffic so i waited for the guy behind to catch up with me and i joined him. he was a cool guy and we had a laugh. First 9- 45, (par 35) I usually shoot around 40-43, so i thought nothing special. Hit the back 9 and it all came together, made 2 pars and 2 birdies.
So ended with an 84! Best ever score... equivalent of playing off 13
Had an hour to wait for my dad to pick me up so we both went out to do the front 9 again. Started double, double
Got too the 3rd hole. It was on the winter green so it was only 200. Got the 5 wood out, put it too 3 foot and sunk the eagle putt!!!!
Next hole made a birdie. Then a few bad holes. Got too the 9th, Needed a 4 for joint best 39 (4 over) Drive into the rough, drop and hit 3rd to the middle. Out comes 52* one bounce stops right next to the hole. Turned round and looked at my playing partner, turned back around the ball had gone, It was in the hole! Ended up with a 39!!!
So all in all a very good golfing day.
