Peter Hanson has had a fantastic round of 65 and leads with 9 under. And all the commentators on Sky keep banging on about is how wonderful Phil Mickelson is. Yes he has had a good round too, but kudos should surely go to Hanson.

He has played the first two round with PM and said in intview he enjoyed it and was able to learn from him. Although last group out on Masters Sunday is a different situation.

Hanson has raised his game ahead of anyone else in Europe over the last season. From being a mediocre tour player he's proved he's a bloody good player. Ever since he changed his schedule and won to get into the Ryder Cup his stock has been on the rise.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Hanson win tonight. Good luck to him too.
