Exercise ??

As of tomorrow I will be back in the normal routine of walking to work in the morning, walking home at lunch ( to walk the dogs :mad: ), walking back to work then walking home after work.
 
me too, with my competitive nature I think it would kill me for sure now.

I once played a team singlehandedly one after the other, one of these days when your on fire and have boundless energy, their 'star' player refused to shake hands at the end as I'd boasted him off the court (as I'd heard he hated boasts)

I play county matches for our club's 2nd team. We have six teams. I am not good enough for the 1st as this is in Sussex Div 1. Tough school with plenty of pros playing in it....

I'm in, will you be the fat fighters, team leader. What night is the weigh in? I think Monday os good, as you slim better over the weekend then, if Tuesday or Wednesday, you always think you have another day or two to recover.

Hello, my name is Liverbirdie and I am a fatty. My start weight is 18st 12 lbs - my initial 6 month target is 17 stone, my target by 31st July is 16 stone.
 
I'm in if there's a weekly weigh-in.. Since the kids came along and I started working nights, i've gone from 6ft 3 and 13st 7 to 16st 4. I used to run sub 1.45 1/2 mary's, now i'm out of breath running the bath... The Gym has been joined and a routine devised.. Target for the summer - 14st 0.....

My names Mattyboy and I am a fatty! Weighed in yesterday and 16 2 & 1/2. At 5ft 9 (standing on tip toes) I decided to start the diet there and then.

Doc told me to lose 4 stone a while back - I asked him which leg he was going to cut off.

More from me next Monday then........
 
im up for this im 6'1" and 14st 13lb or 95KG my hieght carrys it well im told but coming from 12 and a half stone i notice my belly arse and moobs!!!

my goal is to get to 13st
should we make a seperate thread to follow for this?
