Exciting opportunity

Afternoon all,

An opportunity has arisen for two members of the GM forum to take part in a major equipment launch on June 22nd. The lucky winners will become the first club golfers in the UK to be given a preview of the new gear before the press embargo is officially lifted. You will also be fitted for the new equipment.

Due to the sensitive nature of these significant launches we cannot give you anymore details at this stage other than the date of the event and a rough location. You will need to be free on June 22nd and able to get yourself to a location in the East Midlands.

You will be required to keep the information that you receive on the day to yourself until the embargo is lifted. There will be members of the GM staff in attendance to document the experience both in the magazine and online.

sounds flippin' ace. I'm tempted to enter, but wouldn't be fair with having got the R11 experience, so I'll not bother and wish luck to those who do! Shame, as the East Mids would be ideal for me, I could go visit the parents back in Woodhall.

Gainsborough isn't technically "East Mids" but that's not a bad shout, and could be a very probable scenario.

Unless they're (whoever "they" are) using a top notch club for the day (Woodhall? About as East Mids as Gainsborough, though)

And I very much doubt the powers that be at Woodhall Spa would allow it.
